Booking, Retainer, and Payments Policy
All bookings require a 50% retainer to be paid in advance to secure a time. The remaining 50% is due at the time of the appointment.
The retainer is payable to [email protected] without fee through reputable 3rd party payment providers such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet, ZellePay/Chase Quickpay, or Venmo. Appointments are booked on receipt of retainer on a first come, first served basis. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, appointments may be cancelled but retainers cannot be refunded once received. Please contact us with any questions.
Check Payments Policy
Personal or corporate checks may be used towards appointment retainers if received prior to November. Any remaining payments (after the retainer) may be made by corporate or personal check due at the time of the appointment. Please contact us with any questions.
Credit Card Payments Policy
3rd party processors like Apple Pay, Google Wallet, ZellePay/Chase Quickpay, or Venmo are recommended for all credit card payments (this avoids a 5% processing fee).
Credit cards can also be processed directly for a 5% processing fee. Please contact us with any questions.
Holiday Policy
Bookings during Holidays (Christmas Eve or Christmas) are billed at the 'Visit up to 1/2 hour' rate only. You may book additional time at the same rate for each additional half hour.
Paypal Policy
Sorry, we do not accept Paypal transactions.
